    On page 9, beginning on line 16, after "2016." insert "A provider may not require a child under the age of consent to undergo a depression screening unless the parent or guardian of that child gives prior written consent before each depression screening."

EFFECT: Requires the parent or guardian of a child under 13 years of age to provide prior written consent before that child receives a depression screening.
