    On page 4, line 22, after "(iv)" insert "Benefits and costs of developing and implementing step-down and transitional placements for state hospital patients;

    "

    Renumber the remaining subsections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT:  Requires the external consultant acquired to examine the configuration and financing of the state hospital system to make recommendations related to the costs and benefits of developing and implementing step-down and transitional placements for state hospital patients.
