    On page 2, at the beginning of line 14, strike "parents." and insert "parent that is not directly related to the child's well-being."

EFFECT:   Specifies that nothing in the "caregiver's report" completed by a child's foster parents, preadoptive parents, or caregivers for purposes of sharing information about a child in their care with the court before a court hearing may include information about a child's biological parent that is not directly related to the child's well-being.
