    On page 2, line 34, after "professional" insert "and a funded bed is available"

     On page 18, line 27, after "section,))" insert "The court shall only order inpatient treatment under this section if a funded bed is available."

EFFECT:   Requires that a funded bed be available before courts impose inpatient treatment for juvenile offenders pursuant to community supervision or the Chemical Dependency/Mental Health Disposition Alternative.
