    On page 9, line 3, after "Any" strike "person" and insert "unaccompanied youth"

    On page 9, line 5, after "section." insert "As used in this subsection (2), "unaccompanied" has the definition in RCW 43.330.702."

EFFECT:  Requires that in order for youth 13 years of age or older to provide consent for the collection of personally identifying information they need to be experiencing homelessness while not in the physical custody of a parent or guardian.
