EFFECT:   Amends the membership of the Joint Legislative Task Force on Use of Deadly Force in Community Policing to:

· Remove the person representing OneAmerica; and

· Add a person representing Northwest Immigration Rights Project, a person representing the Latino Civic Alliance, and a person representing COMPAS.

Makes other technical amendments.
