    On page 42, beginning on line 25 of the striking amendment, after "felony" strike all material through "both" on line 26

EFFECT:   Aligns the penalty for unlawfully accessing or disclosing information in the database, unlawfully producing a recognition card, or unlawfully providing medical marijuana to another person, with the current standard sentence applicable to all unranked class C felonies (0-12 months of confinement, a fine of up to $10,000, or both), by removing the language specifying the maximum term of incarceration of two years and maximum fine of $2,000.
