    On page 47, after line 27 of the amendment insert the following:

    "(4) Trains transporting hazardous materials for use in agriculture or forest product production or processing are exempt from the additional train crew requirements specified in section 32(2) of this act."

EFFECT: Exempts trains transporting hazardous materials for use in agriculture or forest product production or processing from requirements to place at least three crew or four crew on certain hazardous materials trains.
