    On page 3, after line 22 of the striking amendment, insert the following:

    "NEW SECTION. Sec. 2. If specific funding for the purposes of this act is not provided by June 30, 2015, in the omnibus appropriations act, this act is null and void."

    Correct the title.

EFFECT: Makes the act null and void absent specific funding provisions in the omnibus appropriations act of 2015.
