    On page 5, after line 22, insert the following:

    "NEW SECTION. Sec. 2.  Section 1 expires July 1, 2018." 

     Correct the title.

EFFECT:  Provides that the provisions for the allowable interest and fees for pawnbroker loans under this act expire on July 1, 2018, after which time, the current statutory fees and interest rates would again be in effect.
