    On page 3, beginning on line 21, strike all of sections 2 and 3

    Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct internal references accordingly.  Correct the title. 

EFFECT:  Removes from the bill the provision that expands the definition of "official juvenile court file" and the provision that requires deletion of truancy records from the judicial information system once the juvenile is no longer subject to compulsory school attendance laws.
