On page 24, line 23 of the amendment, after "exempt" insert "; or

(e) Failed to enroll an at-risk student who applied to enroll at the charter school"

EFFECT: Allows a charter school authorizer to revoke a charter contract at any time or refuse to renew the contract if the school failed to enroll an at-risk student who applied to enroll at the charter school.
