On page 7, beginning on line 13 of the amendment, strike all of subsection (1)

Renumber the remaining subsections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT: Removes the requirement that school districts must provide information to parents and the general public about charter schools located within the district as an enrollment option for students.
