    On page 2, line 2, after "deception" strike "." and insert ", abuse of power, or abuse of position of vulnerability."

On page 2, line 14, after "bondage." Strike everything through "regulations.” On line 18. 

EFFECT:   Removes language allowing an employer to require an employee to work overtime or to work certain hours, days, or schedules as a condition of employment and not have it count as a menace of penalty.  Adds abuse of power or abuse of a position of vulnerability to the definition of human trafficking.
