On page 4, after line 39 of the amendment, insert the following:
"(6) Any person submitting a report to the court in relation to an initial review hearing or subsequent review hearing shall do so under the penalty of perjury."
EFFECT: Clarifies that any person submitting a report to the court in relation to an initial review hearing or subsequent review hearing shall do so under the penalty of perjury.
