    On page 53, after line 19, insert the following:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 38.  A new section is added to chapter 69.51A RCW to read as follows:

    Post traumatic stress disorder is added as a terminal or debilitating medical condition for the purposes of this chapter.

    Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT:  Adds PTSD as a qualifying medical condition.
