    On page 68, line 3, increase the General Fund--State (FY 2016) appropriation by $500,000.

    On page 68, line 4, increase the General Fund--State (FY 2017) appropriation by $500,000.

    Adjust the total appropriation accordingly.

    On page 71, after line 18, insert the following: 

    "(10) $500,000 of the general fund--state appropriation for fiscal year 2016 and $500,000 of the general fund--state appropriation for fiscal year 2017 are provided solely for the Washington Information Network."

EFFECT:  Restores funding for the Washington Information Network 2-1-1, a phone number that connects low-income clients to health and human service information and referrals to community-based resources.

FISCAL EFFECT:  $1,000,000 GF-S
