    On page 221, beginning on line 14, strike everything beginning with "Flood" through "$2,000,000" on line 16.

    On page 278, line 17, strike all of Section 961.

    Renumber the remaining subsections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT:   Restores $2 million to the Flood Control Assistance Account.

FISCAL IMPACT:  Decreases the state general fund by $2 million
