On page 4, beginning on line 9, after "spirits." strike all material through "66.24.620." on line 16 and insert "A retailer may not deliver spirits to a restaurant, unless the retailer is also licensed as a spirits distributor under this section."

EFFECT: Prohibits delivery of spirits by retailers to restaurants unless the retailer is also a licensed distributor.
