    On page 1, line 12, after "A" insert "currently valid"

     On page 1, line 18, after "action" strike "notwithstanding that after" and insert "until"

     Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT:  A rule must be currently valid for an employer to rely on it in good faith. The defense is a bar to an action only until the subject is modified or rescinded or determined to be invalid.
