On page 3, beginning on line 27 of the amendment, strike all of section 7 and insert the following:
NEW SECTION. Sec. 7. "This act takes effect only if the Washington state supreme court terminates its jurisdiction over McCleary v. State of Washington, Supreme Court No. 84362-7."

On page 4, line 2 of the title amendment, after "sections;" strike the remainder of the title and insert "providing a contingent effective date; and providing a contingent expiration date."
EFFECT: The sales and use tax exemptions and transfer does not go into effect until the Washington State Supreme Court terminates its jurisdiction over McCleary v. State.
