On page 1, at the beginning of line 4 of the title, strike all material through " 35A.21 RCW;" on line 5 and insert "adding a new section to chapter 35.21 RCW; adding a new section to chapter 36.01 RCW; adding a new section to chapter 35A.21 RCW;"
EFFECT: Deletes from the bill sections that provide that no party except DOT or the permittee may appeal a local building permit issued for a DOT project building that is temporary in nature and will be removed when no longer necessary to facilitate the project.
