     Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

     On page 1, beginning on line 1 of the title, strike "adding a new section to 2013 2nd sp.s. c 19 (uncodified);"

EFFECT:   Changes the bill from a 2015 supplemental to a

2015-17 biennial appropriation
