On page 5, line 4, after "(a)" insert "Before a domestic winery may take orders at an event held by a nonprofit holding a special occasion license issued under RCW 66.24.380, the domestic winery must first apply to the board for an endorsement, for which the annual fee is seventy-five dollars;

Reletter the remaining subsections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT: Restores the requirement that a domestic winery must obtain an endorsement and pay an annual $75 fee before taking orders at a nonprofit special occasion event.
