Background: The state Liquor Control Board (LCB) is authorized to accept grants or donations for the purpose of improving public health awareness of the health risks associated with alcohol consumption by both youth and adults.

Summary of Bill: LCB's authority to accept donations or grants is expanded to include the additional purpose of improving public awareness of the health risks associated with the use of marijuana.
