Background: During the third special legislative session of 2015, the Legislature passed 2ESSB 5987, a significant transportation revenue bill intended to provide needed transportation funding throughout the state. Since the enactment of that legislation, certain drafting errors were discovered within the bill resulting in some provisions being enacted contrary to legislative intent.

Summary of Bill: The following technical errors made in the 2015 transportation revenue bill (2ESSB 5987) are corrected as follows:
