AN ACT Relating to improving the ability of cities and counties to keep pace with service delivery demands through revenue reforms.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:
NEW SECTION. Sec. 1. The legislature intends to enact legislation concerning improving the ability of cities and counties to keep pace with service delivery demands through revenue reforms.
