AN ACT Relating to reforming Washington's excise tax structure to improve its fairness and to adequately fund education and essential public services.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:
NEW SECTION. Sec. 1. The legislature intends to enact legislation concerning reforming Washington's excise tax structure to improve its fairness and to adequately fund education and essential public services.
