AN ACT Relating to foreclosure of deeds of trust; and creating a new section.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:
NEW SECTION. Sec. 1. The legislature finds that there remains a need for housing counseling and other services made available under the foreclosure fairness act, such as mediation, legal services, and consumer protection. The legislature intends to make some changes in order that these services remain available and provision of these services is financially viable.
