AN ACT Relating to making expenditures from the budget stabilization account to make critical investments; and creating a new section.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:
NEW SECTION. Sec. 1. The legislature intends to make appropriations from the budget stabilization account to make critical investments in the 2015-2017 fiscal biennium.
