AN ACT Relating to agreements with tribes for fuel taxes; and repealing RCW 82.38.310.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1. RCW 82.38.310 (Agreement with tribe for fuel taxes) and 2013 c 225 s 130, 2007 c 515 s 31, & 1995 c 320 s 3 are each repealed.
