Authorizes a local government to permit the licensing of recreational marijuana business premises and the placement of advertisements of marijuana, useable marijuana, marijuana concentrates, or marijuana-infused products within one thousand feet but not less than five hundred feet from any of the following facilities: An elementary or secondary school, playground, recreation center or facility, child care center, public park, public transit center, or library, or certain game arcade admissions.
