Prohibits the secretary of state's name from appearing in the voters' pamphlet in his or her official capacity if the secretary is a candidate for office during the same year.

Prohibits a county auditor's name from appearing: (1) In the local voters' pamphlet in his or her official capacity if the county auditor is a candidate for office during the same year; or

(2) On the security envelope, the return envelope, or any voting instructions or materials included with the ballot if he or she is a candidate for office during the same year.
