Creates the legislative task force on the Columbia river gorge commission.

Requires the task force to meet and work with the Columbia river gorge commission and a corresponding task force authorized by the state of Oregon to address a range of topics relating to the Columbia river gorge national scenic area act.

Expires December 30, 2016.
