Prohibits manufacturers, wholesalers, and retailers from manufacturing, selling, offering for sale, or distributing for use in this state, bottles, cups, or reusable food and beverage containers that contain phthalates individually or in combination at more than 0.10 percent by weight or one thousand parts per million or bisphenol A.

Prohibits persons and entities from manufacturing, selling, or distributing in commerce in this state, food intended for or marketed to youth that contains or is stored in food packaging that contains phthalates individually or in combination at more than 0.10 percent by weight or one thousand parts per million or bisphenol A.
