Specifies that an unemployed individual is eligible to receive waiting period credits or benefits with respect to any week in his or her eligibility period only if the commissioner of the employment security department finds that, with respect to claims that have an effective date on or after August 30, 2015, the individual performs, for every four weeks of unemployment benefits received, at least: (1) Twenty hours of community service; or

(2) Fifteen hours of community service as a volunteer firefighter.
