Creates the legislative task force on school counselors, psychologists, and social workers to review: (1) The projected need of school districts for each category of educational staff associate;

(2) The current capacity of the state for meeting this need;

(3) Alternative routes for educational staff associate certification; and

(4) Social work, psychologist, and counselor preparation programs.
