Requires a guardian or limited guardian of an incapacitated person to inform any relatives entitled to notice of proceedings as soon as reasonably possible if the incapacitated person dies or has been hospitalized for three days or more in an acute care hospital and, in the case of death, of any funeral arrangements and the location of the incapacitated person's final resting place.
