Updates water conservation performance standards.

Requires fixtures, fittings, and toilets sold, offered for sale, or distributed in the state to meet the requirements of section 3(4) of this act, except the following toilets used: (1) By children in day care facilities;

(2) In bariatric applications; and

(3) In a correctional facility, a juvenile confinement facility, a state hospital, a psychiatric unit of a hospital, a licensed service provider, or an evaluation and treatment facility.
