Requires a hospital and other approved facilities, before granting or renewing clinical privileges or association of an advanced registered nurse practitioner or hiring an advanced registered nurse practitioner, to request certain information from the advanced registered nurse practitioner.

Requires the nursing care quality assurance commission to be advised within thirty days of the name of an advanced registered nurse practitioner denied staff privileges, association, or employment on the basis of adverse findings.
