Authorizes the legislative authority of a county with a rural amphitheater to levy and fix an emergency medical services surcharge of up to one dollar per person.

Requires the attorney general to appear for and represent a county imposing the surcharge with respect to an action or proceeding arising from the imposition of the surcharge.

Expires July 1, 2025.
