Revises recreational marijuana provisions relating to: (1) Increasing taxes payable on sales by licensed recreational marijuana producers, processors, and retailers;

(2) Collection and remittance of trust fund taxes by a limited liability business entity; and

(3) Administrative review of a notice of unpaid trust fund taxes.
