Requires public works contracts, awarded or managed by the department of enterprise services, to include a provision requiring the contractor and subcontractors on the project to submit the following information to the department at least twice per month: (1) Current and complete certified payroll information for all work on the project subject to prevailing wage requirements; and

(2) Apprentice utilization information.
