Establishes Carol's law.

Revises the definition of "slayer" for purposes of chapter 11.84 RCW (inheritance rights of slayers or abusers). In determining if a person is a slayer, a finding of not guilty by reason of insanity for the willful and unlawful killing of a decedent carries the same meaning as a conviction for the offense.

Prohibits a slayer from inheriting property or receiving any benefit from the person that the individual killed.
