Provides a sales and use tax exemption and a business and occupation tax exemption for local government fees paid by an on-site sewage system owner to a certified on-site sewage system contractor or inspector that are subsequently required to be submitted to the local government imposing the fee by the certified on-site sewage system contractor or inspector.
