Requires the state school directors' association to: (1) Revise and distribute its model policy and procedure on electronic resources and internet safety to all school districts in the state; and

(2) In revising its model policy and procedure and with the assistance of the office of the superintendent of public instruction, convene and consult with an advisory committee.

Requires each school district to provide education that includes awareness of safe technology use, digital citizenship, and digital and media literacy.
