Provides that during the third special legislative session of 2015, the legislature passed a significant transportation revenue bill (2ESSB 5987). However, since then certain drafting errors were discovered that resulted in some provisions being enacted contrary to legislative intent. Therefore, it is the intent of the legislature to simply correct those manifest drafting errors in order to conform certain provisions with the original legislative intent.
