Revises secretary of state provisions with regard to: (1) Electronic signatures on and transmission of certified documents required or authorized to be filed;

(2) Summary face sheets and cover sheets and expedited review of a document filed by a limited liability company;

(3) The domestic partnership registry; and

(4) The repeal of bureau of statistics statutes.
