Makes appropriations from the budget stabilization account as follows: (1) To the department of natural resources and the department of fish and wildlife for fire suppression costs incurred during the 2015 fire season; and

(2) To the Washington state patrol for state fire service resource mobilization costs incurred in response to certain emergencies or disasters.
