Establishes the cybersecurity jobs act.

Requires the office of the state chief information officer to: (1) Implement a process for detecting, reporting, and responding to security incidents consistent with the information security standards, policies, and guidelines adopted by the state chief information officer;

(2) Develop plans and procedures to ensure the continuity of operations for information resources that support the operations and assets of public agencies in the event of a security incident; and

(3) Work with the department of commerce and other economic development stakeholders to facilitate the development of the state as a national leader in cybersecurity.
